Unlock Daredevil:

Unlock Silver Surfer:
At the character select screen, delete all selected characters and press Down, Left, Left, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left, or unlock him by completing all Comic missions.
Unlock Black Panther:
Collect the Black Panther action figures scattered throughout the game.
Unlock Dr. Strange:
Rescue him from Mandrin in Act 1.
Unlock Ghostrider:
Rescue him from Mephisto in Act 2.
Unlock Blade:
Play the crane game in Murderworld.
Unlock Nick Fury/Hard Mode:
You can unlock Nick Fury as well as Hard difficulty just by beating the game under easy or normal difficulty.
Unlocking alternate costumes:
For a character's second and third costumes, either gain two to four levels or kill 30, then 175 enemies with them. For each character's fourth costume, complete the Combat Training challenge for them, or get a bronze rank in their comic mission.
